In a large bowl mix the flour, yeast & salt together
Stir in the yogurt, the mixture will be clumpy but don't worry!
Add 1 cup of water at first and stir the dough with your hands to bring it together
If it is too dry and there are still lots of bits in the bottom of the bowl then add more water 1 tbsp at a time until it comes together
Roll the dough into a ball, place it into a glass bowl greased with a little olive oil
Let the dough rise on the proofing setting in oven: cover dough and place bowl in the oven for 40 minutes until dough doubles in size
Let the dough rise on yogurt setting in Instant Pot: grease the stainless pot with a little olive oil and add the dough, cover and SEAL the lid. Set on normal Yogurt setting for 1 hour
Let the dough rise on your countertop, covered overnight or in another warm spot for 8 hours
Remove dough and weigh into portions for rolling out the bases
