add the cider vinegar and water to the Instant Pot and stir in the Smoky BBQ blend to combine.

secure the Instant Pot lid and pressure valve to Sealing
select the Manual / Pressure Cook button and adjust the cook time to 6 minutes
once cooked, turn the dial to Venting for Quick Pressure Release
remove the jackfruit and shred using 2 forks
